RESERVATIONS / BILLING POLICY

1. Coordinate to Front Office at Landline 036-288-1868 or your corresponding travel agency and reservations officers before arrival to confirm validity of your Reservation.

2.Only reservation request confirmed by the Front Office seven days (7) days prior to arrival shall be honored.

3.Validate and counter check reservation through e-mail or fax number # (036) 288-1868.

4. Published rates shall be applied to all walk in guest and must be paid  in FULL .

5. Reservation must be paid in full by the contracting agency before the Reservations Department confirmed  and issue Statements of Account with Official Receipts.

6. No Refund allowed during peak and super peak season.

7. Proof of payments such as bank deposit slip, telegraphic transfer, Booking Confirmation,travel agency voucher must be faxed, e-mailed, scanned to La Bella Casa De Boracay  IMMEDIATELY after payment has been made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

a. Reservation without Booking Confirmation and travel Agency voucher at least (7) seven days prior to the date of arrival shall be automatically canceled unless written request for revision is provided.

c. No refund shall be extended for cancellation made (3) days or less prior to date of intended stay.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY

LA BELLA CASA DE BORACAY -shall not be held liable for the failure to service of confirmed reservations due to natural calamities like typhoon, labor dispute, natural disasters and other conditions beyond our control.

Be informed  that MR. ALLAN GIRON AVILA is no longer CONNECTED with La Bella Casa De Boracay Effective January 23,2010 ANY TRANSACTION Entered under him is NOT VALID  unless Payment is made upon check in.
